Refund Policy

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to our practice tests and study materials, all sales are final and non-refundable once you have accessed the content.
Why No Refunds?
Once you purchase access to our practice tests, you immediately gain full access to all questions and study materials. Unlike physical products, digital content cannot be "returned" after it has been viewed or downloaded. This policy protects both our business and other paying customers.
Before You Purchase
We encourage you to:
- Try our free practice tests before purchasing premium content
- Review the product descriptions and included features carefully
- Contact us with any questions before making a purchase
Exceptions
We may consider refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product
- Technical issues: If a significant technical problem prevents you from accessing the content you purchased and we cannot resolve it within 48 hours
- Pre-purchase (within 24 hours): If you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase AND have not accessed any premium content
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us with:
- Your email address associated with the purchase
- Date of purchase
- Order confirmation or receipt
- Reason for the refund request
Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, we will process it within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Subscription Cancellation
If we offer subscription-based access in the future, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be given for unused time within a billing period.
